Great product
Tenacity is a great product that kills what other herbicides do non. I had a major bent grass consequence that nothing else worked on and Tenacity killed it with 2 applications. Works great on crab & quack grass also.

A Powerful Product
The product is fantabulous. I would recommend yous add a surfactant (it will help it adhere to the leaves of the weeds), and ordinary nutrient colouring as a dye and then yous can meet where you've sprayed. Mixing this all upwards is a mess. but yous'll exist glad you did because over-spraying your lawn volition harm your grass.

This is my first year using tenacity, I would recommend it more often than not merely for crabgrass, it did an outstanding job on my crabgrass, it also killed other weeds such equally dandelions,clover and thistles in my thousand, but considering of the cost of tenacity I usually just employ information technology on the crabgrass. There are other cheaper herbicides out at that place that can impale all the other weeds which helps keep the overall price down.

Tenacity is the best kept clandestine for weed command in lawns.
Tenacity lived upwards to its hype..very effective on our older yard that was being taken over with clover, creeping charlie and crab grass. I highly recommend this product for your yard.

It is working!

Since I applied it, Tenacity seems to be working. I fabricated a mistake on my first awarding by misreading the syringe markings. (Gallons and Teaspoons) The area that mixed i/ii teaspoon to 2 gallons withal seems to be constructive.

Controls windmill grass
Purchased for control of windmill grass in a buffalo grass lawn. I am using Tenacity and Dimension for pre-emergent control. Each product has specific weeds not controlled by the other.With a lot infested with windmill grass adjacent to my yard I was losing the battle. Cursing the mean solar day that DSMA and MSMA were banned, as they were good controls for windmill grass. My only choices were a hoe or glyphosate, both subversive to any lawn.Tenacity was fabricated available for homeowner utilise in early 2012. Since so, my lawn is repairing from the use of glyphosate, and the windmill grass is being held in check. Tenacity does a skilful job on it. But information technology does not perform also with broadleaf weeds as hoped. Post-emergence control of crabgrass is excellent. The part astonishing is watching the plants turn white from a lack of chlorophyll. My simply complaints well-nigh Tenacity are the price and the limited availability, the latter is the event of local retailers refusing to carry the product. The cost is about the same as Dimension, and so I can't mutter too much.

BEST ANSWER: If you are referring to the Meso 4 SC Herbicide, this product is the same as Tenacity merely manufacturered by Prime Source. The mix rates are the aforementioned and the product will treat the same weeds.

Pecker, I didn't know there were 2 variations of Tenacity, simply it does piece of work as a anti-chloraphil agent to kill invasive bent grass in Kentucky Blue Grass sod. BEST Reply: Dallisgrass has non been tested and nor found to be condom for Tenacity Herbicide. If treated, this production may cause temporary whitening of turfgrass foliage. In general, symptoms appear 5 to seven days after application and last for several weeks. A repeat application to the same site causes less whitening of the plant tissue.
